AKA Tennis Academy

Our Academy program is designed for players who want to take their tennis to the next level. It is a more competitive and development-focused environment, aimed at helping players become better all-round tennis players both on and off the court.

What’s included:

• Competitive-focused coaching – sessions designed around match play, intensity and developing a competitive mindset.

• Advanced tactical work – learning how to construct points, recognise opponents’ weaknesses and make better decisions under pressure.

• In-depth technical development – more detailed work on strokes, movement, positioning and developing a reliable game style.

• Tournament guidance – Advice and support around entering tournaments, preparing for matches, match routines and learning from competitive experiences from Adam.

• Additional Saturday fitness session – a dedicated 1:30–2:30pm Saturday fitness session, designed to improve speed, agility, movement, coordination and tennis-specific conditioning.

• OPTIONAL - Coaching Pathway level 1 - An assisted journey and understanding of coaching and mentored coaching pathway towards level 1 and onto level 2 coaching qualifications.

Membership & Payments

The Academy costs £38 per month, paid over 12 equal monthly paymentsthroughout the year.

The Academy program does not run during the school holidays, children would be encourage to be looking at competing and competition during this period. However the monthly payments continue throughout the year. This means the annual cost is spread evenly across 12 payments, rather than charging more during term time and nothing during the holidays.

This allows us to provide a consistent Academy membership and plan the program, coaching and player development across the full year.
